Raycof Group of Companies (“the Group”, “we”, “us”) is a family of Ghanaian businesses operating across hospitality, retail, wholesale, construction and trading. The Group's primary online presence is managed through this website, operated from Sefwi Wiawso, Western North Region, Ghana.

We may collect the following personal information when you use this website:
- Contact and reservation details you provide — name, email address, phone number, message content, stay dates, room selection and booking requests. For online payments, payment references and verified transaction status are stored; card details and mobile-money credentials are entered with Paystack, not stored by this website.
- Technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system and referring URL, collected automatically through server logs.
3. How we use your information
We use the information collected to:
- Respond to your enquiries and messages submitted through the contact forms.
- Operate and maintain the website, including monitoring performance and security.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.
4. Cookies and third-party services
This website uses essential session cookies to power the administrative control panel. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services embedded on the site (such as Google Maps) may set their own cookies according to their respective privacy policies.
When service email notifications are enabled, Google's Gmail/Workspace email service processes recipient addresses and enquiry or reservation details to deliver acknowledgements, booking confirmations and operational updates. These are service messages, not a newsletter subscription. Private reservation access codes are not included in notification emails.
Selecting the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with the configured business number and an optional prefilled message. You decide whether to send it. Conversations then take place under WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy; this website does not collect WhatsApp chat transcripts or automatically attach your private booking details.
5. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Administrative access to the CMS is secured through bcrypt-hashed passwords and encrypted session cookies.

Contact form messages are retained in the CMS so that our team can respond to and manage your enquiries. Messages may be deleted by an administrator at any time. Server logs are retained for security purposes and rotated periodically.
