Use your booking reference and private access code to view payment status, withdraw a request the hotel has not confirmed yet, or cancel a confirmed future stay.

Shown on your reservation receipt and in the reservation email. Keep it private. Lost it? The hotel can email you a new one — staff cannot read the original.

Lost your access code? Contact the hotel — staff cannot read your original code, but they can issue you a new one by email at the address you booked with, and the old code stops working. For your privacy, the booking reference alone cannot reveal your details.
